I have extremely dry skin. Can you suggest a cure for dry and itchy, scratchy nipples?

Having a lot of trouble with dry skin on and around my nipples. They become puckered and rough, leading to pain and itchiness. Regular moisturizers dont seem to work. PLease help.

There is something called Lanisol that woman use when they are breastfeeding, (if your a male you might find that offensive, couldnt tell by your name) but dont be im serious when i was breastfeeding this stuff was a miracle worker. You can buy it at drug stores even stores like target or walmart. They usually come in a purple tube. It really helps.
