Here's my weekly regimen...

MON- (morning) Neut oil free acne wash, Clean & Clear toner, Ambi Fade cream, Duac
(night) Same^
TUES- (morning) Same^
(night) Philosophy microdelivery peel, honey and nutmeg mask, then Same^
WED- (morning) Same as tues morn.
(night) Same^
THURS- (morning) Same^
(night) Neut wash, biore strips, Avon Pore refining mask, fade cream, Duac
FRI- (Morning) Same as thurs morn.
(night) Same as Tues night.
SAT- (morning) Same as Fri morn.
(night) Same^
SUN- (morning) Neut wash, Queen helen Mint Julip mask, fade cream, Duac
(night) Same as sat.

Is all this bad for my skin?

i don't want to look up all the products, but if you have acne or anything that bothers you, you should use natural remedies and a healthy diet to have clean skin.
what i would look up in any products for the skin is the ingredients, you should look up a site for toxic chemicals in skin products.
for example, if anything has ANY Propylene/Butylene Glycol OR Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate,
Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS) OR Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate (ALS) THEN beeeee careful!

you should really check out these websites for your safety of the skin, and I'm sorry if i hurt you by saying if you have acne or just pimples, its okay, there's natural remedies you could do for your skin.

to answer your question, maybe ya, but its okay, its probably, to me, because i don't put anything on my skin, except like 4 things, at all (Aloe Vera plant juice part, natural soap, natural face wash, water, no make up).

to sum it up LOOK AT THE INGREDIANTS, thats what i would be careful about, so stay safe!
