Could God have only created one universe?

With all that power, it makes me wonder why just create one? Or why not create something completely different? Do you believe that maybe He has created other "universes" that He reigns over also? And when we are in heaven, will He just devote all of His attention on us for the rest of eternity?

Makes me think we might not be His only creation. Why waste His time on just us?

There's several philosophers who believe God created a multiverse. This lends itself on an interesting view of God, one often known as theistic modal realism - where God created multiple different realities. Two prominent Christian philosophers who have written on this issue are Hud Hudson, in his book the Metaphysics of Hyperspace, where he argues that such a view also lends itself to a solution to the problem of evil.
